Hello my name is Matthew Laurence AKA Lozza. I have been doing kickboxing now for 11 years in different clubs but I have never been to a club where there has been such a great atmosphere. The instructor Adam Laurence will have you doing kicks you never thought possible in no time , as well as basic techniques, the splits and toning bodies. Whether you’re 5 or 105 sooner or later you will feel the difference in yourself and there is always someone your height to weight to fight. I have 2 children in the club and they have both been in the club since it has started. It has taught them both self discipline as well as respect to others, plus also it gives them the fitness. Both of my children have competed at W.U.M.A. competitions and through Adams training, they both have come away with many trophies.

Hi, Well done to Lee Knight and Matthew Laurence for both passing their black belt grade. You both deserve it you have put a lot into your training to get where you are now. You have both been true and loyal students to the club and your instructor Adam, and are a credit to him and the club, and I am very proud to have been involved with the club and see you both achieve your black belt grade.

Hi I’m Chris, I have been training at this club for 2 ½ years, I really enjoy training here and will carry on until I’m old and grey. Since I have been with Adam I have walked away with 49 trophies and many titles and I’m only 9 years old so why don’t you come down and have a go, I’m sure you will enjoy it as much as I do.
Hi I’m Lee Knight, one of the black belts in the club. I have been training with Adam since he has opened Freestyle Kickboxing Association and still enjoy every minute of it. I have met many new friends, well I wouldn’t call them friends, more like family. I have won a lot of trophies and most of all my biggest achievement so far is earning my black belt, the one thing I have been working hard for for 4 years. All I cay say about the club is its very friendly, you learn how to look after yourself, its a great way to get fit and to lose them beer belly’s after Christmas. Just come and give it a go and if its not your type of thing then at least you can say you have tried it. Kickboxing isn’t just for young people, its for everyone from the ages 5 till who knows, no matter how big or small, skinny or large.
